Warranty Claim Process
To claim warranty service:
Visit our physical store with the device and invoice
Warranty validity will be verified by our team
Device will be inspected by our technicians
If eligible, repair or replacement will be provided as per warranty terms
Warranty service may take 3–7 working days, depending on the issue.
Important Notes
Warranty is non-transferable
Warranty is valid only with original invoice
Any sign of tampering will void the warranty
Battery health percentage may decrease naturally and is not covered under warranty
