Refund Eligibility

  • The issue is reported within the warranty or checking period (if applicable)

  • The device is returned in the same condition as sold

  • No physical, liquid, or accidental damage is found

All refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by our technical team.


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

Refund Process

If a refund request is approved:

  1. The device must be returned to our store or via courier

  2. Device inspection will be completed within 3–5 working days

  3. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days

  4. Refunds will be made via bank transfer or original payment method

Courier charges are non-refundable.


Store Purchase & Online Orders

  • For in-store purchases, refunds are handled directly at our shop

  • For online orders, customers must contact us immediately after receiving the device
